Jason Jones has spent years at the intersection of technology and human connection. What started as a passion for video production evolved into something far more meaningful — a calling to help families preserve the stories, voices, and faces of the people they love.
Based in Clatsop County, Oregon, Jason brings a rare combination of technical skill and genuine empathy to every project. Whether he's crafting a tribute video for a memorial service, setting up AV for a wedding reception, or performing live saxophone at a celebration of life, his goal is always the same: to make the moment feel exactly as it should.

With years of hands-on experience in video editing, color grading, and storytelling, Jason creates tribute videos that feel cinematic and deeply personal. Every cut, every transition, every music choice is made with intention.
Live Saxophone
Jason has been playing saxophone for over two decades. His live performances bring an emotional warmth to any event — from intimate memorial services to joyful wedding receptions. Music has a way of saying what words cannot.

Legacy Moments is a local business built on local relationships. Jason is proud to serve the families of Clatsop County and the surrounding Oregon coast — people who deserve the same care and quality as anyone, anywhere.
What drives this work
Jason started Legacy Moments because he saw a gap — families going through some of the most significant moments of their lives without the support they needed to capture and honor those moments properly. Too often, the video was an afterthought, the AV setup was a last-minute scramble, or the music was just background noise. Legacy Moments exists to change that.
